If You Can Find One Reason Not to Take Advantage of My No-Risk Offer, I’d Like to Hear It

 

My no-risk offer for home sellers who want to sell their own homes (FSBOs) has no downside. If you agree to work with me, I’ll put every marketing tool at my disposal to work for you, increasing your home’s exposure to a market of qualified, willing, motivated buyers.  However, if you find a buyer on your own whose offer you want to accept, just let me know and, congratulations! You’ve sold your home and you don’t owe me one cent in commission.

 

If my work produces the buyer whose offer makes you the most money and you accept it, I will handle the rest of the process for you, including all of the negotiations.

 

However, there’s no pressure to accept any offer I bring and you can cancel our agreement at any time, for any reason, with just one day’s notice. During the entire process, you retain the right to sell on your own and possibly save several thousands of dollars in commission.

 

Here’s How it Works 

            ·         You continue to work to sell the house on your own.

·         If your work produces a buyer whose offer you choose to accept, you owe me nothing.

·         If my marketing efforts bring you a buyer whose offer you accept, I will handle all the paperwork, scheduling, inspections and closing tasks. You can sit back and relax until closing at which point you will pay my commission.

·         But please remember, the only way you would accept an offer generated by me if it makes you more money than you can make on your own.
